I had Gutter Helmet installed last year and have issues with the installation and the performance of the system. They used non-standard roofing screws to secure their system to my roof and installed them incorrectly under the shingles, as pointed out by my roofer, and Gutter Helmet refuses to do anything about it. Costco is trying to help us get a refund but seems to just defer the decision entirely up to Gutter Helmet which is equally as disappointing coming from Costco. As others have mentioned, when we have a winter storm or two, enough pine needles accumulate on the front of the Gutter Helmet that the rain water just goes right past the gutter entirely and onto the ground making it completely useless. This is after a cleaning by Gutter Helmet 2 months prior. Gutter Helmet's response to that is that they need to be cleaned much more frequently, I guess that would be once a month in winter? I don't see the point of this system. I do not recommend Gutter Helmet.

It went great. Their foreman David was professional. By the time we went over the work they were doing, the crew was set up and ready to start. Going over the work took under 5 minutes.

The gutters look great, and are functioning smoothly. We had a short wait to get scheduled, as they were booked out a few weeks, but ultimately we got what we expected.

For the most part it was an excellent experience. Their installers were on time, very professional, reviewed the installation with me, and cleaned up their debris from the installation. I pointed out a couple of concerns and they were quickly corrected.
After they left I did find pieces of sheet metal in a couple of areas but I was also having some landscaping done at the same time so I do not fault them for not seeing them as they were working around the other folks.
I live in an area with a lot of trees that leave stuff on my roof and in my gutters. I have to say that so far when it has rained the debris comes down from the roof and the gutters are operating efficiently.
The product is not cheap but their warranty makes it a good investment for me.
