I went in for an oil change. Once they had my car, they looked it over and came in with a list of things that it really needed - new differential oil, transmission fluid, etc. I had no idea of I needed it or not, but they implied my car could be damaged if I didn't change them. I wasn't sure what to so, so I settled on about half of it and didn't feel too good about it.

The employees are knowledgable, polit and work quickly. I have all my vehicles handled by them and have never had any problems.
