+ -1 moreI found First Exclusive, Inc. through NAEBA which is the National Association of Exclusive Buyer's Agents. The premise is they represent the buyer and not the seller but reality is the represent only themselves. Right from the beginning the advice provided was incorrect and geared towards my purchasing my home as quickly as possible. I would highly not recommend not using them when purchasing your home.
Description of Work: I used First Exclusive, Inc. as an exclusive Buyer's Agent when purchasing my first home. Ian Bell was my agent and I retained his services throughout the whole home buying process.
