Description of Work: This is the second home loan we have acquired from Tara and Gregg at Evergreen Home Loans. The were able to provided us mortgages when the larger mortgage companies/banks said no. They are fantastic people to work with and are willing to take the extra 10 steps to make your mortgage a reality. If we ever need another mortgage, Evergreen Home Loans (Tara) will be the first person we call. I highly recommend them.

 + -1 moreI worked with Tara Rose at Evergreen Home Loans. I was able to qualify for and receive the USDA Home Loan. The whole process was continually explained to me so that I was able to understand everything. Due to a divorce a few years back, I had a couple negatives on my credit report and wasn't sure I would be able to buy a home. But working with Tara made me see that wasn't the case. I improved my credit score some by following the instructions I was given and I now own a home! Tara with Evergreen Home Loans walked me through each and every step of the process and I could not be happier with the way I was treated and the way everything turned out!
