DISCOUNT SCREENS

I set up an appointment to have windows on an apartment building measured for screens. The pricing was great, and the guy that came out was very friendly & professional. I told the measuring guy to go ahead and make the screens, he said I would be hearing back when they were ready. I opted to have the screens made and I would do the installation myself, so the screens were just going to be dropped off when they were made. But then after a couple weeks, no one called me back to tell me the screens were done, so I called on 5 separate occasions over a couple months to try to find out what was going on. I would either leave a voice mail (none were ever returned), once I talked to a receptionist that didn't have any information who promised to follow up and never did, and once when I was talking to a different receptionist, a person in the background said there was some reason why they couldn't make my screens but he couldn't remember and he'd have to call me back because he was in the middle of something, but he never did. I can't believe how unprofessionally I've been treated. The guy that came out was terrific! But then the office people completely ignored me. All I was looking for was an update, and I can't get anyone to return my calls or give me a straight answer. I ended up having someone else makes my screens. It costs a little more, but at least they returned my calls and did the job!

Called and left a voice mail message indicating that I was interested in having a new screen constructed for a bedroom window that had never had one. My call was immediately returned but I was informed that they have a minimum order of 10. However, the woman on the phone asked me where I was located and helpfully recommended the local hardware for small-scale screen window production.

Steve arrived on time, was very polite, and took off his shoes before entering the house. Steve could tell us, what size screens we needed on most windows, without even measuring. However, he did carefully measure each window just to be sure. The screens all came on the day promised except, for the screen for the patio door which took a couple of days longer than anticipated. It was well worth the wait, since we have never been able to find a screen to fit our patio door and this one fits perfectly!

VERY PROMPT SERVICE. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE NEEDING SCREENS. COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR BETTER SERVICE AND WAS SEAMLESS. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS AFTER WORK WAS COMPLETED.
