First call not returned. Called again a few days later; Sheila apologized - Very nice and availability was good. I had already cut fabric and removed seat cushions from chairs. Just needed fabric and cushioning replaced. Went to their in home/garage shop, which was very professional, with many ongoing jobs, big and small, in progress. I was not in a hurry, and was told they would be done by end of week. When I didn't hear, I called the following week and they were just finishing them up. I was happy with the job they did and their professionalism.

I called and talked to Sheila about the repair. She was very kind on the phone. I dropped the cushion cover off at her house for the repair and also asked her if she could repair the hem in a pair of workout pants. She said she would, but let me know that her machine was geared for upholstery and so the repair wouldn't be "perfect." I was OK with that. Sheila was able to have the repair done later that day, but I opted to come back another day. When I came back, I saw that the cushion repair restored the seam to a "like new" state. My workout pants also looked great and she didn't even charge me for them. I would definitely go back to Sheila in the future.

I called Sheila to describe project and received an estimate over the phone based upon my description. Tried to find suitable fabric from her samples, but wanting something very unique found some on the Internet. Delivered both chairs and fabric to her great shop. Allowing only three weeks between delivery and return, Sheila agreed. I awaited anxiously. Right on time, Sheila called to say the chairs were done. The work is outstanding. This was not an easy task, matching stripes, double piping, different fabrics, lots of surfaces. The result, while absolutely different because of the fabric I selected is masterful. The chairs went from ordinary to extraordinary. The craftsmanship by Sheila is outstanding. The symmetry and and matching are incredible. While some may question my fabric selection, none will question the quality of her work.
