Description of Work: NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION, WE PURCHASED A MEDIUM QUALITY CARPET AND A HIGH QUALITY 1/2' 8 POUND REBOUND PAD FOR BACKING. OPEN LABOR FOR CARPET INSTALLATION WAS 3.50 PER YARD.
