By the time I arrived for the scheduled inspection, Fred had already been on the roof, around the grounds, tested the water pressure, removed the sewer cover and inspected the sump pump. Once inside we went through every room, every closet, and the attic, He tested all things. Tubs, showers, sinks, Fridge, Range, dishwasher, underneath, every outlet, every window, the electrical panel and wiring, all plumbing, HVAC, heat pump, structural, I mean everything. It took almost four hours. The entire time he explained as he went along. He ensured I had every question answered.
By the end of the next day, we had a detailed report on .pdf via e-mail.
We can move forward and ensure our home will be ready for the appraisal when we decide to sell and not be surprised by anything.
