Kathy did an excellent job on both my soft leather bag and boots. She is courteous and professional and does a really good job. Both boots and bag are like new again.

Shoe Repair
This is the only Shoe Repair in the city of Federal Way. All services are required to be paid for in advance. I brought the shoes to the shop on Wednesday. Was promised shoes would be ready on Saturday. They were. This was not the friendliest of shops. But I paid for the service not chit chat. The smell in the shop gave me a headache after 7 minutes. Shop needs to be ventilated.
