Big Red's Drain Cleaning

Robert was responsive and reasonably priced. He spent a full day redoing all the drains in our crawl space and even took pictures to explain everything to us. My husband and I are very happy with his work, and grateful to have working drains!

Big Red's responded quickly to my inquiry and had a competitive price. He arrived on time, cleaned the drain, and used a camera to verify the pipe was cleared. He was thorough and professional. He also stuck around to give me recommendations on other projects we have coming up. We will definitely use his services again in the future. It's a relief to find someone you can trust.

Robert is amazing. He has been and will be our go to guy for any plumbing needs we have. He pulled out old tub and surround. Installed new shower base and surround. He is honest, hardworking, and communicates steps all along the way. We are going to have him install another shower in the future. No disappointments here!

I cannot say enough good things about Robert Fulton!! He came on a Sunday shortly after I called. He did not charge an extra fee for coming on a weekend. He cleared the water line and discovered the sewer pipe needing replacement was directly under a tree- which would then have to be removed. The tree and stump were removed the next day. When Robert returned to replace the pipe, he had to take extra time to access the pipe due to huge roots surrounding the area. He never changed his fair estimate on either job. He was at all times professional, efficient and charming. I would happily hire him again and recommend him highly!!

Big Red responded within an hour or so of my submitting request to Angie's. He gave me an estimate over the phone which seemed to be within the ball park of similar jobs that I was familiar with. He responded to the house an hour later and fixed the problem in no time. Best part was that his final bill was a few dollars less than his estimate. I'm keeping his card in my emergency service file.

RJ was very professional, on time, and honest with condition of main drain to septic that will eventually need to be replaced. He offered ideas of how to fix and referred me to call my septic service. RJ was pleasant to work with and gave me a detailed receipt.

Robert came and replaced my Garbage disposal that wasn't working properly anymore. I am loving the new Garbage disposal it is working like a champ now!

Excellent service! Showed up fast, was very friendly, and fixed our drain without trying to sell me a kitchen sink or any other stuff we didn't need. My wife and I have had some bad experiences with other companies in the past and it always felt like I got taken for a run for my money with the extra charges and unnecessary services. I didn't feel that way at all with Robert. He told us what the problem was and went right to work fixing it. We'll be calling him back for all of our plumbing needs.
