Hello and Welcome to Albro Construction We are Maintenance company for home owners/ and also do handy man work. We are a General Contractor What does this mean? We take care of your list of every day repairs that come up around your home. I will take on lager projects too at times but for the most part do one day gigs depending on the time of the year. We charge 45.00 per man hr and have a 145.00 min to come out. This covers the trip to get there (with in a 25 miles of the shop or other job site) and also the first hour. After that the price is 45.00 per hr + parts + Tax in your area. That's it!! If you need it done we can help you and are here to help. *note if we need to do plumbing or electrical work we use sub contractors. All parts and sub contractor work is marked up also @ 70%. I find it best to tell the home owner form the begeining what the pricing will be. On lager projects that are Time and materials we have a time sheet we leave at your home. So you always know where you are money wise. We try not to have any surprises for you at the end of the job.
