Wonderful!  From appointment set up to job completion, I couldnt be happier with this company.  He even offered advice and ideas to clean some concrete floors in the bonus room.  Very helpful and courteous.  Scott was a great provider of customer service and did the whole job by himself.

I was very happy with my clean carpets.

The experience was grood. The technician re-did some of the work without any complaints. Their price was fair. They did a great job.

The work was done awhile ago, the experience was okay.

The experience was good overall. I’ve had them clean my carpets twice. The first time, they removed a wide, dark stain from my dining room carpet that no one else has gotten out before, which has not returned. Their price was higher than other companies, but they provided better cleaning. They did a good job.

It was a good experience overall. The technicians were very professional and pleasant. The carpets turned out great. Also, they send out a nice newsletter about different carpet cleaning tips, which are helpful.

The experience was pretty good overall. The employee who came out to do the estimates was a bit flaky. He wanted to show us how well his method works, so he cleaned a 2’x3’ area in the middle of the living room. The spot looked really fabulous, but it was right in the middle of our living room, so I kind of had to get it taken care of. We had to reschedule several times, and it was hard to get a hold of him. Once we finally did set up an appointment, the two technicians that came out seemed very young and inexperienced. I called the employee who came out to do the estimate, and he assured me that they would do a good job. They really did do a good job! I ended up going with the more expensive package, since our carpets were very dirty. I thought their price was very fair for the quality of the work that they did. My carpets looked like brand new. A few spots did come back, and they came back to re-do the spots. They also lightly touched up everything else in the same room. Ultimately, I will use them again, because I’ve never had anybody do such a good job on the carpets before!

The experience has gone very well. I’ve used them at least three times! Once they’re done cleaning, the carpets are dry within a few hours, which I like. They’ve always responded quickly, and the technicians are very professional. They’ve done an excellent job.

The work was done awhile ago, but it was a good experience overall. The technician actually did a little bit of spot cleaning on my carpets in the room that the sofa was in, which was very nice! If I needed my sofa or carpets cleaned again, this would be the first company I'd call.

They smelled horribly afterwards. I’m not sure what the problem was, but we couldn’t figure it out. They were responsive to the complaint; they came back out to try to correct the issue, but they never were able to.

They were about 30 minutes late.  If I hadn't had the day off, I would have been pretty annoyed at not getting a phone call. 

Once they arrived though, they followed my directions and left the carpets significantly better than they had been.

The pet/smoke smell was still slightly noticeable in the living room, but that is more the previous slob tenant's fault than bad cleaning. I vacuumed a couple times with baking soda-based powder and kept the windows open  to remove the bulk of the lingering smell.

I will use them again in the future because they respond quickly and are fairly priced.  I think they deserve an overall A because they left the carpets much cleaner/brighter than I expected.

Their work turned out to be well. They are very good people. I have worked with them in the past. They have done fine every time we have used them. I would use them in the future too.

Greg came out promplty, and gave us an estimate. Based on comparisons, we decided to hire his company. The workers showed up promptly. Unfortunately, they didn't seem to know what they were doing. When they finished, there were bubbles throughout the linoleum, and two seams were not properly sealed. When I complained, Greg sent someone out to re-roll the floor to try to "iron out" the wrinkles, and to reseal the seams. Eventually, he gave me a price adjustment of $450, but I would never hire this company again. The floor looks terrible, and I will have to have it re-done before we try to sell again. For now, I just live with it because I cannot justify spending so much money again so soon.

I spent about $150 on that work. I had a carpet cleaner here before that told me that the similar spots that I had were just too bad and they could get it out, so I did not expect this company to get the spots out. They literally made my old carpet look new and I was so impressed and that first time was just awesome. I had a similar experience the second time they came and I thought that the guys were really pleasant. I noticed that they had not the best rating for some reason, but I have nothing but high marks for them.

I received Advanced Care flyer in the mail promising "the most thorough cleaning ever or it would be free." I decided to give them a try, but had low expectations due to last visit from COIT. Results were amazing! They left they carpet looking new! They were prompt and professional, careful and thorough.

They weren't the cheapest but they were courteous. They did a good job and I was pleased with the outcome. They were honest with me.

It was a positive encounter with them. They did give a time frame and we able to finish the work in the time frame they had given. They were friendly and answer any questions I had.

They came in and did what they were supposed to do. They were not noisy at all. They were very open with their schedule. They were very communicative about everything. I will hire them again in the future.

I called on short notice requesting to have an appointment within 2 days & they were able to accommodate me. I was told that it would take a couple of hours to complete the job. The team arrived promptly. After looking at the carpet, they explained they would have to charge extra for scrubbing to get out some of the stains. I had to leave during the appointment to pick up my son from school, so I was unable to observe them the entire time. I came back to find that they were done within an hour, not the couple of hours I was told it would take. When they were finished, the carpets looked cleaner than they were, but not as clean as I had hoped. There were areas that still looked dingy to me and the workers left some of the surrounding areas (hardwood & linoleum) wet and tracked with dirty footprints. The workers also wore no protection on their shoes, which surprised me because with dirty footprints on my linoleum I can only assume that dirt also got tracked back onto my carpet.

THEY DID A REALLY NICE JOB CLEANING OUR CARPETS. I APPRECIATED THE OPTION OF HAVING A BLOWER IN ORDER TO SPEED UP THE PROCESS. THE CARPETS REALLY LOOKED NICE. THEY WORKED AROUND MY SCHEDULE SINCE WE WERE HAVING COMPANY I WANTED THE CARPETS TO LOOK NICE.
