ACTION LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT

I scanned the required report and emailed it to Sean asking him if he'd be able to perform the test. He responded right away and was out the next week to get it taken care of. The system passed and Sean sent the report to the city. It was really convenient being able to get all this done via email and knowing I don't have to be here to supervise anyone. I know I can rely on Sean.

The quality was pretty bad. The guy came in and told me that if I put the mulch over the weeds, the weeks would just grow back. He suggested that they take everything out even though it costs more and they didn?t do that. They also said they used more mulch than they expected so they had to charge more for that as well. The weeds came back within a month and a half and they didn?t do any chemical treatments like they were supposed to. It was a pretty shabby job.

Bob did an outstanding job! He and I discussed various options and he took into consideration what was in the best interests of the landscaping, the existing irrigation system, and the rock wall.

I needed to have some bushes removed. I couldn't do it myself because of the very hard soil that contains many rocks and other residue left when the home was built. I called two agencies listed on Angie's list. The first one I called did not respond. The second, Action Landscape, sent an agent to my house and surveyed the work I wanted done. He gave me an estimate and I agreed on the price. He said that he would return and do the work in a couple of days. It took a little longer for them to get here. They gave me an explanation that they had some emergency work that had to be done. In any event, they arrived in the afternoon of June 15. The work took approximately 4 hours to accomplish. They cleaned up, I paid the bill and they left. I'm satisfied with the work that was done.

Overall good. Very happy with the results, couldn't actually envision how everything would turn out based on initial sketch and discussion but matches expectation. Could have used more info and better communication but our issue as much as Action's. All in all would definitely recommend Action for friends and family's projects. Good work, all cleaned up and on time, and on budget. Very happy.

After calling Action Landscaping, we quickly received a bid. Within a few days, our project was under way. The crew, with Sean's direction, did a wonderful job of preparing all of our property for spring. The workers were polite and friendly. Sean's service was prompt, experienced and responsive. After using another landscaping company for several years, I will now be using only Action.
