AAA CONTRACTING

Total Failure with installation, was suppose to be nail and glue they did not use the glue. Per the directions I actually received from AAA Contracting it states in capital letters "AND" use glue. Mr Daniels stated to me glue did not need to be used. It Sounds like eggshells everywhere you walk. Flooring in some area is not to the wall, scratched and chips planks were installed and there was a big gap between two boards which they filled in with something black. In addition the lip over the stairs was an inch short on both sides. The bookcase was attached to the wall, a part of it was taken off the wall not attached back to the book case or wall because it no longer fit due to the increase in the height of the flooring. This was left unattached from the wall and the rest of the bookcase. Refrigerator left over a foot out in the kitchen due to it no longer fitting under the cabinet. The thickness of the wood was not a topic that was explained to me would make a difference with what was in my home. A Cherished gift that I had packed in a box to be safe from the installation was "dropped", I was never told about it. But when I noticed another piece in the box was broken I found my cherished item was missing. After inquiring with AAA Contracting (Jake Daniels) I received a day and a half later that they had in fact dropped a box and my gift/special possession given to me after my son was killed in November of 2019 was smashed to bits, they threw it away and never thought to tell me about dropping the box or throwing away a smashed item. Accidents happen but obviously this company does not have integrity and they most certainly have very poor craftmanship. I talked with Mr Daniels about the situation and requested a refund. so I could have another company (I can trust) install flooring with glue. AAA Contracting Jake Daniels response was the refund would be for the flooring only and he wanted the wood that had been installed in my home back undamaged!!!!! $12,505.23 job.
