Drain Cleaning

He snaked the drain initially and the drain was still clogged. After 50 feet he said he would be charging $50 feet per foot. After snaking the drain further it was still clogged. He then started to cut the piping and charged and extra amount for it. He told me it was company policy to put my credit card on his phone and sign for the work. I never received a work order or any sort of paper work. The work was never completed by the company and I am still waiting on a resolution. I had a neighbor take a look and he identified the issue very quickly and resolved it where the company couldn't.
