I had to call 5 Stars Repair twice to get them to come. When they did come, they apparently figured out the problem (faulty oven igniters) but quoted a very high price ($625 per igniter) to replace all three ($1875 total!). I later learned that the igniters sell for $20 on Amazon and $120 on Sears. That means the labor charge for two hours work was over $750 per hour! The owner, Daniel Valentin, defended his right to charge the higher price when I talked with him the next day. He had no embarrassment over such price gauging. Save your money and hire someone who charges fair prices.
