I can't imagine someone being more thorough and more detailed. His report has in depth descriptions with photos accompanying each item, and categorizes the report into levels of urgency. This made our negotiations with the seller much easier with so much documentation, and we felt like we fully understood every detail of the home that we were buying. He came out with almost no notice and was extremely responsive to our request. Higher than some other inspections but well worth the price because of the peace of mind.
