RAINIER WOOD RECYCLERS

Raineer Wood Recyclers is a company that accepts wood waste for recycling. I have taken tree branches and brush there for years. The new pricing policy is outrageous and wrong. I have a dump trailer 12 x 6 x 2 in volume. At max that's 5 yards, but most people understand that the most material you can actually get in that trailer is 1-2 yards. I had a load of branches from the winter storms that mounded 1.5 feet above my trailer top, and the attendant calculated that at 10 cubic yards of material, charging me $85.00 to dump my load. I disagreed with the calculation, but paid the fee rather than haul my load back home. On the following business day I called to talk to a supervisor about this issue, and the supervisor supported the attendants actions. Both the attendant and the supervisor were very professional and polite. I believe that they were also both wrong to charge me for a 10 cubic yard load. That's the volume of a full sized dump truck. This pricing policy is outrageous. It would be cheaper for me to haul to the county dump, rather than recycle my organic yard waste.
