Description of Work: We had Ken add a floor to a room that had a raised ceiling to make a play room. Ken did this while we were on vacation last Christmas and the quality of service was incredible. Since Ken builds homes, he acted as a general contractor for the project in adding in the additional electric, plumbing, HVAC and flooring that was needed for the project. All of his sub-contractors were top notch. Ken has incredible attention to detail and strove make sure everything was meticulously done, even though the original space was not square. If you are looking for a new home, to a full remodel, to simply repairing a deck, Ken is incredible. He is very well versed in every aspect of building a home and can do any size project at incredibly fair rates. Last summer we had Ken repair our deck that we previously had done from a contractor that we would not do business with again. Ken pointed out why the deck planks kept coming loose and what it would take to correct the problem without simly saying to replace the deck. We plan on using Ken in the future to remodel a room that will be a dedicated home theater room.
