The owner Bill Filip is a truly honest contractor who made a fair bid, showed up when he said he would, performed what we agreed to be done and cleaned up the job site. I would hire Bill in a heartbeat again for any future jobs. Thanks Bill, Tom

From first contacting Bill with Imperial Demolition to the final scraps being cleaned up from the back yard, we were completely satisfied. Bill was really communicative and prompt and was able to complete the job in one day! They left our backyard in great shape when they left (maybe even cleaner than when they started) and we still have found no nails or scraps left even after two weeks have gone by. Overall, they were very non-invasive and put up well with us checking in on the progress. We chose Imperial because they recycle as much of the material as they can and that is important to us. We even wanted to keep some of the good 2x4s for projects around the house and Bill was more than willing to put in a little more effort to do that for us. It is so nice to have the shed/spider haven gone and we would definitely hire them for future projects when they arise.
