I was very happy with the work that was done. They showed up right on time to give me an estimate and right on time to do the work. They did exactly what we discussed and cleaned up after themselves. They were very friendly and professional. I will hire Altaview in the future.

Very quick to respond to our request for a quote. Came out on the date/time and thoroughly examined the situation and came up with a plan to safely address the problem. Gave us a verbal quote and followed up later with written version. They adjusted their schedule to address our problem ASAP and came out two days later on the scheduled date and on time. To my untrained eye they tackled the problem step by step in a safe manner. Thoroughly addressed all issues. Did an excellent job with clean up and asked for us to review the work and see if they had missed anything before wrapping up for the day. Given the large amount of aged trees abutting our property, I will gladly call them again.

We submitted our request for bids on a Saturday. They contacted us Monday morning and arranged a site visit to provide an estimate on Tuesday. Their estimate was equal to or lower than those of other contractors we talked to. Some declined to bid because they considered one tree too hazardous to attempt. AltaVista was not intimidated by it and willing to schedule the work later the same week. The came out on Thursday and completed the job - hauled away all brush and left rounds and fallen trunk on the ground for firewood and habitat. We are very satisfied.

The Altaview team were competent and professional at every point in the process of removing several trees from our yard. They were quick to respond to a request for quotation, assessed our site carefully and provided a competitive bid on the spot. They tracked down the city permit requirements and provided documentation. They did an excellent job of topping a badly overgrown laurel hedge, safely took down a large but diseased maple, and left the site neat and tidy. I recommend Altaview wholeheartedly for tree service.

We had a 50 foot pine fall over and land partially on the roof due to the recent snow/ice storm. I put out a request for quotes through Angieslist. Altaview called back promptly the next morning, and sent an estimator out the next day. They turned in the lowest bid and were able to begin work the soonest, so hiring Altaview was a no-brainer. I was so pleased with their bid that I decided to have additional work done. They trimmed a pear tree that had been damaged in the storm, removed 3 overgrown Swiss pines (including stumps), ground 3 additional stumps, and removed random yard debris. The crew arrived on time, did the work efficiently, and left the yard clean. Excellent all around.

The recent snowstorm uprooted one of our trees and it was laying on our roof. We contacted Altaview and got response on the next day. After getting a quote from José, we scheduled our service with Brenda. She visited several times before the date, being in the area (they worked with our neighbors too) to talk through the details. On the date they showed up on time, removed that large tree, cleared our roof of overhanging branches, cut off another large branch that was half broken and even offered to remove some smaller broken branches for free. They were very courteous and did a great job cleaning up. I was very happy with their service!

They clean up the mess that the line tree made in my neighbor's yard. They cut the rest of the tree down. Also, clean the branches that fell in the area of the yard.

Brenda was prompt in getting a bid to me. Her team came over the next day after I decided to go with Altaview. They were quick and efficient. They clean all of the debris and left both backyard very clean.

After the early January/19 wind storm, a tree felt on my back yard. Altaview cut, removed, and cleaned the place in a very smoothly and professional way. During that job, we identified a problematic standing tree (80-90ft height) and after a further assessment, I decided to remove it to avoid any potential damage to the houses around. Based on the previous work, I trusted Altaview for this task. Once again, Altaview came and worked on the tree from top to bottom, removed all branches and debris, and left the place very clean. All crew followed properly the needed security protocols during the process and the operation run very smoothly! Altaview even helped me to remove some branches on other trees. I was impressed with Jose's knowledge on the trees health, job's planning as well its execution. So, I am planning to hire Altaview again in a few months to finish my trees maintenance!

They arrived at 9a on the dot, were very fairly priced and did an excellent job. I have and will recommend and use them, again.

We called Altaview on Wednesday and they were at our house at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday to look at the job and give us an estimate. On Friday morning they returned with a crew, a chipper and a truck and proceeded to erase a blown-down hemlock that covered most of our backyard. The clean-up was first rate and the overall job was excellent. Working with them was a pleasure. I would hire them again without hesitation.
