Everything they did was done quite well. There was supposed to have been follow-up but they never came back or called.

Everything started off fine with the smaller trees but went south while taking down the larger (18' diameter) pine which was between our house and the neighbors. They had trouble getting the last 8-10' of trunk down and were trying to push it over using the basket on the cherry-picker. Repeated bashing caused the hydraulic lines on the life to break with the result that our driveway was full of hydraulic fluid -- and quite a bit of it is on the street too. Two weeks later, the repair has not been done and our use of the driveway is severely restricted. the men asked to be paid at the end of the day and that was the 1st time I was made aware of the problem. The tree service was slow in dealing with the problem, which made the damage much worse. They have not checked back for a progress report. I will not be using them again.

The owner visited a day after I contacted him and 5 days later at the exact time scheduled, he and his crew showed up. They worked from dawn until dark to complete the job and were most professional. Did not ask to use the bathroom; were well-behaved and hard-working as a team.
In our initial visit it was clear that the owner knew what he was doing; he immediately identified the kind of trees we were having removed (politely correcting my inaccurate assessment) and why it would be important to attend to them as they were only going to raise more havoc with our driveway as well as the possibility of the roots growing against the foundations of our house as well as the one next door.
Additionally, I had access to the owner via his cell phone to ask a couple of questions during the day; he personally answered the phone both times, politely providing me with data I needed.
At the end of the day, I was pleased and relieved and grateful to have found this company.

It went very well. They are fast and efficient. the crew was really nice and respectful of the neighbors as they had to come across one of the neighbors yards to bring in the grinder machine, they made sure we had complete permission from them and they talked with them and showed them what exactly they were going to do and promised that it would not damage any of their lawn. two of my neighbors were so impressed with the price and work they got quotes and took their business card.

Job was quoted by the owner, John, within a few days of initial contact. He was punctual, professional and knowledgable.
Price was comprehensive and fair, within $50 of other bid received.
Once awarded job, schedule was within reasonable time frame as this was critical. Crews arrived as scheduled, performed work just as agreed, cleaned up after themselves very well and were polite and professional.
I will call them again if/when I ever need such a service again.
I recommend them.

I got rid of pine needles. They did a great job.

Some of the trees were really huge and I thought that the price was extremely reasonable for all the work they did.
