LaVergne's Plumbing & Heating

Planned this with the guy a month before; we were assured work would be done, window would be "easy" to do.... we were out of town for two weeks, were "assured" it would be done by time we returned.... Water was still off when we returned, not 1/2 the replumb was done, we had to get a motel room night of return.... (while we were gone, rec'd text that shower stall had arrive, crew was "working fast & furious.") Our good neighbor told us "the entire first week you were gone, No One showed up to do anything." It took just over twice as long for the job to be done as we were told.... and they didn't do the window because "somebody" didn't read the spec's.... the guy told us the boss knew the product, he did not.... work done was not as agreed upon... got a few lame excuses, to boot. The young guys who did the work were pretty good folks, doing as they were told.... work was pretty average, in my estimation, but would not recommend this "company" to anyone.

The first time everything would be rated an "A". HOWEVER, they where called back for a continuation of the same problem. This was 1/4 of the work and time of the first job and they charged me the same amount. I have tried to talk to them over and over and am being ignored. I really feel the second time was a total rip off. This issue is about the money they charged me, 4000.00 each time. I have since had another plumber out to do more on the same lines after a major back up. It looks like the real problem has now been fixed and this job cost 1200.00

Responded same day. Very professional and knowledgeable and courteous. The cost was very reasonable for their work. I would definitely recommend them. I would also call them again if I need plumbing help.

I am a small business owner and when I have a plumbing problem I need to have it resolved quickly. LaVergne Plumbing was sensitive to to my situation and did everything they could to work around the schedule of my business. The plumber who arrived was professional and courteous and he clearly described options for the repair. I could not be happier with the quality of service.

He was very personable.  Answered all my questions.  Noticed an issue with my hot water heater venting that will need attention at some time in the future.  He was on another job that he had a break from a mile away and came over to get mine done within about an hour of my call.  I checked all around and they were the least expensive and the ONLY plumber in the area that would give me any kind of estimate based on the detailed info I gave them as to what caused the clog and the progression of the drain action.  This plumber also had the least expensive service call and diagnostic price.  A really great added bonus is that they are from my community.

Very polite and prompt service. We called them because our hot water heater had only one element working, and it was too old to replace the element. We had waited for over 2 weeks for a big box store to repair/replace the hot water heater, and had run into a lot of unnecessary costs, delays, and issues with the people we called for quotes. Finally called LaVergne's and they came, installed the water heater, and added the necessary things like a drain hose and what not within a few hours of our call at no extra charge. They were pleasant, knew their stuff, cleaned up after themselves, and were wonderful compared to the weeks of non service that we had endured before. They even sent us a thank you candle warmer a week later after our service, and called the day after to make sure everything went okay. Water heater is still working great . . .

They tried to used a biological agent to clear the drain initially which didn't work. They came back in two days and mechanically cleared the drain without charging additionally.
