He came out twice. He came with a very high recommendation from a friend. He seemed very good as far as their personal following [unclear 03:52] and came out on time. They spoke to me very high, but I don't know if it's correct now. I would have to find out if it's high. The quote came at $4600 for the whole house. I don't know if that's a good price or a bad price. He was on time. He didn't seem to be playing any games. I looked at one of his reference houses and it was excellent. He came out for the quote exactly when he said he would and also delivered the quote. He came out to inspect the place and then he came out and delivered the quote, both on schedule, right on time. He is a very super-casual person. He actually came out with his son who sort of sat and played with toys. He sat out on our deck and said, "Gee, I want to move in here," and things like that That is typical for Bellingham. So, he is a very typical person for our neighborhood, very casual, very low-key, certainly easy to get along with and friendly. My friend said that they really liked him and his crew and said they were very, very neat and clean and that's why we went and got a quote from him. The process of the quote was fine. He is certainly in the running.
