Z Sport is a 30 year automotive service, maintenance and repair business. Locally owned and operated with a customer base of approx 6000 central Puget Sound families and businesses. In our 30 plus years we have completed 80,000 paying jobs of which the complaints can be counted on your fingers and toes. European and Asian vehicle manufacturers. we are clean and very green and open to customer inspections. in addition to basic auto maintenance and repair we operate a complete mechanical restoration shop for vintage & classic vehicles as well as street rods and customs. We also have a complete detail shop on site, Z Sport has ASE certified master technicians on staff for American, a complete in house machine shop and a chassis dyno tune shop utilizing Dynapac equipment. The only fly in the ointment was this: After I drove the truck home I noticed that one of the hubcaps was missing. I didn't notice it when I picked up the truck so I backtracked to the shop to see if I could see it on the side of the road. When I got back to the shop they checked to see if it was just forgotten and left on the technician's roll around. No luck. I stopped by the next day and the tech that worked on my truck came out and said that it was his bad. He thought he had got it on good, but obviously not and he apologized for causing me to have to come back again. He was clearly upset with what he felt was a mistake or lack of attention on his part.
I appreciate it when a mechanic is proud of his work and takes responsibility for anything that is not done right. Alex and the Tech immediately promised to get me a replacement hubcap as soon as possible.
Finally, they gave me a 10% discount on my bill for being a veteran. That eased the pain in the wallet a bit. I will definately bring my vehicles here (and my wife's Jetta to their european car shop) in the future.
