YANNIS PAINTING

Yanni showed up on time both days and worked hard.  The paint looks great and we are very pleased with the results.

Met for the quote, which I agreeded to. They started and finished on time as they said they would and the house looks great.

He was easy to work with and very professional.  He did a great job painting.  However, when he dented the new high-end dishwasher while painting our kitchen he didn't acknowledge his responsibility.  This has tarnished the whole experience for us.

Yanni came over almost immediately when I called for an estimate and went all around the house to prepare heestimate.  Because of the rain in Seattle the workers had to"play it by ear" so the work could be done on less rainy days.  They took about 2 1/2 hours to power wash the house.  Some outdoor furniture had to be moved and they were very careful.  Then, the prep was done on the next auspicious day.  The workers were exceptionally industrious toth with the prpe and with the painting.  They put in long hours and were especially courteous and pleasant to have around.  The painting itself took time because they were careful and had to avoid rainy days.

Yanni, himself is pleasant and knowledgeble.  He provides value for the money one pays.  Several people have asked me for his name after observing the workers and the finished product.

They did an excellent job, especially covering the blemishes in the walls and so forth. I liked the knowledge that Ioannis himself displayed. They provided very good service at a very reasonable price. They tried to put most things back because I have a lot of stuff, and it was very helpful that they did that. They said the job would take two days, and it did. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Late in the season, Yanni and his crew painted my house exterior. He was always responsive inanswering my calls, and patient with me in answering my questions and working with me on my color selection. He and his crew cleaned up their messes, took great care not to damage my recently landscaped beds, and were pleasant to have around (good attitude, pleasant, no creepy factors). The quality of the job was outstanding.

Yanni does good work. He is fair and communicates well about the job and schedule. He has painted two houses for us.

They were friendly, gave me an estimate upfront, and did a real good work.
