He did most of the inspection while we were at work; the builder let him into our home. When we arrived home, he was just finishing up the work. When finished, he walked us through the house and indicated what he had inspected and what he was going to put into the report to the builder. He was great to work with, arrived when he promised and was very thorough in his work. He found an issue above our kitchen cabinets that we could not see and would probably not have ever found. He walked around the outside of the house and pointed things out to us. We contacted him this year before the end of the warranty; again, a great experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
