THE FRAMERS ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ART AND THE MATS AND FRAMES AVAILABLE. THEY ARE HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY, GIVING ME GOOD, TASTEFUL ADVICE, BUT ALSO ALLOWING ME TO COMFORTABLY GIVE MY OPINIONS. ALTHOUGH YOU GET A DISCOUNT IF YOU HELP FRAME YOUR OWN ART, I HAVE HAD THE PLEASANT EXPERIENCE THAT THEY HAVE ACTUALLY FINISHED THE FRAMING FOR ME, IF THEIR WORK HAS BEEN SLOW. THEY HAVE ALWAYS HAD THE FRAMED ART COMPLETED ON TIME OR EARLY. I HAVE RETURNED TO THEM FOR FRAMING SEVERAL TIMES.
