It was great!

Wonderful! We we’re very impressed with the work and how reliable they were. Of numerous bids, we’ve obtained they are the only company that provided me with a breakdown of the work to be done. This allowed for a clear understanding of what was to be done so their was no misunderstanding of what we wanted and what they would do. We were so happy with the services they are going to be doing our maintenance too. Highly recommended.

Tat and his crew were diligent, thorough and quality conscious. His recommendations saved us money and were spot-on on what we needed. This is the 2nd time TT Landscape performed work for us. 1st time was for fall and spring clean-up. He also built a beautiful koi pond for our neighbor

They were very fast and punctual. They did exactly what I asked however the new lawn still has lines separating the individual sod pieces ( i looked at other lawns in the neighborhood and they do not have any lines or separation after a week) after over 2 weeks. I called to ask about it and Tat (owner) explained to me that all new sod will be the same and will require continued watering daily and more fertilizer on it after 6 weeks. I don't know but I will follow his instructions and will place a new review after the 6 week time line.

This is our second time using this company. Tat and his crew have great work ethic and they were very respectful to our property, us, and each other which we really appreciate seeing. They didn't leave a trace of debris behind and I felt very comfortable with them here (as in I didn't feel I needed to be looking over my shoulder or micro-managing the project). I used them last year on a yard special and liked them, so after an Angies List Deck special gone bad with another company I called TT Landscape. The bid was almost 1/2 what the other companies "special" was but not only is his pricing great, he also does GREAT quality work. His bids have been accurate both times, he gave us options before I signed a contract but he didn't try to up-sell me (and I'm married to a salesman so I take that seriously), he showed up each day exactly when he said he'd be there, worked steadily and paid attention to his crew and the project with attention to detail. I have given reviews from A's to F's but in Tat's case he get's A's all down the board. I feel very confident highly recommending this man after only the second experience with him.

I was not very impressed with them. They were not very professional. I asked them to plant something and then they just left all of the bags from the soil just right there. They didn't put them in the garbage can or anything like that. They didn't seem to know to some extent what are plants and what are weeds. I just had them do the minimum hours of service. I ran out of yard waste containers and bags so they basically piled the stuff up in one pile. So afterwards I had to go put this into the yard waste containers after the others were emptied. It was a little bit of an extra inconvenience for me.

It took numerous messages and a nudge from Angie's to even respond. I started the process in June. I had selected three dates per the website. I wanted the job done before the 4th of July. His crew came the 25th of July. He brought 3 other people. They were wonderful. After exactly 4 hours they stopped working even though there was about 10 more minutes of weeding to complete. The crew wamted to finish the job but he told them to stop working. I offered to pay extra to have him finish. He refused. I asked him to haul away the debris. He did so for an extra $300 .

Love the work of the team.  They worked fast and did not do a hack job on my trees and plants.  This is important.  The only warning I want to give people is that I did the deal and we went over an hour. He brought 6 workers and divided the 16 hours by 6 people.  Therefore, when I went over an hour it was $60 per person per hour.  Be well organized as they are fast but you will pay for the waiting if you do not know in advance what you want them to do.  Excellent work!!!

Mr Troung did an amazing job! He was very prompt and got the job done in a shorter time frame than we thought could be done. His workers were very hard working and nice young men. We would definitely use his services again.

Initial contact was great.  He called right away, went to the property and gave a quote just like he SAID HE WOULD...(which is very hard these days as every other landscaper never called back or didn't submit bids).  He was willing to come to Seattle to do his work. When the sprinkler heads were broken, he fixed them right away without having to make another trip three weeks later.  We received his invoice and my first thought was "OH NO!" But then saw the price and was relieved he priced his work very fair. Will I use him again?  Yes!  Trust? Yes! 

Another plus is that he ALWAYS follows up with phone calls if there is a problem.  In the beginning, he would call back to see if we accepted his quote (which was further negotiated).

Things went well. Very reasonably priced and good quality work.

Tat was great to work with. I called him on a Monday morning to schedule a bid and he was here two hours later. He walked all over the yard with me and got a good idea of what I wanted done. He gave me a bid right there on the spot and then sent me an email with a confirmed bid that was the same price as his spoken bid. I really appreciated his honesty and trustworthiness from the beginning! The work was done exceptionally well, no corners cut. The yard looks the best it's ever looked and we have had neighbors and friends compliment us on how great it looks. We have hired tat to come out bi weekly to maintain the yard and I know it will continue to look this good throughout the summer. Highly highly recommended!
