Originally told installation would be scheduled farther out. When they realized our door had been damaged to the point we could not secure the house, they agreed to juggle their schedule and come right away. Helped us with options for decorative windows. Installer was on-time, very professional, cleaned up after finished. We got exactly what they promised at a fair price. Great business to work with.

Went perfectly. Rep dropped by to give me a quote, and could install while he was in. Price was what I was expecting, based on the model of garage door opener I needed. It was all installed within an hour, and works perfectly.

I decided to go with the replacement and called Kelly. I followed up a week or so later and he had the opener, could install the next day. He came out on time, quickly replaced the opener, cleaned up everything, and, installed a keypad. The price was exactly what he quoted, and it was slightly lower than other quotes I'd received. The new opener is quiet, operates smoothly, and the light works!

COMPANY SEEMED PROMPT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY ADJUSTED THE SPRING WITH NUMEROUS TURNS UNTIL IT OPENED AND CLOSED WITH EASE. SEEMED A LITTLE EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT WAS DONE AND THE TIME IT TOOK.

DAN WAS PROMPT, INSTALLED THE NEW SPRING, AND WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE REGARDING INFO FOR A NEW DOOR. HE DID NOT TRY TO PRESSURE ME INTO A NEW DOOR. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE, SIMILAR TO OR BETTER THAN THE OTHER COMPANIES I CONTACTED. NO PROBLEMS SINCE.
