Teresa Fahringer

My wife and I met Teresa while we were out looking at homes, because she was hosting an open house for a property that we checked out.  We kept her card and when it came time to seriously start looking at houses, I started researching the agents that we had met, as well as reviews on-line.  Teresa has extensive experience in the Snohomish County area, and was very friendly in person and on the phone.  So we asked for a few references, and everyone we talked to had glowing reviews, and extremely positive experiences.  Teresa was always available for questions and concerns, and showed us numerous properties in our hunt for our first home.  It was a pleasure working with her and we will certainly be contacting her if we were to sell our house, although hopefully that won't happen for a very long time.  I still chat with her occasionally, and she can use us as a reference if you are considering her as your real estate agent.
