Techna Systems is the most unresponsive company I have ever had the disappointment of doing business with. We have been customers of theirs since 2003. Over those years, I have called them two times. Both times I went thru the "waiting game" for Dominique to get back to me. After 3 phone calls in the month of December 2009 to update our security system, I am done with Techna Systems. I am currently seeking a new security company. While their systems work fine, their customer service and responsiveness is lacking. This is my first negative evaluation of a company on Angie's List.

VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY THAT DOES EXCELLENT WORK, AS A RESULT THEY ARE BUSY. THEY NEED ABOUT TWO WEEKS LEAD TIME FOR A SMALL JOB BUT IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT.
