SURE WOULD INC

I was a little concerned when I received a call early on the morning of the delivery, when I was told the delivery would be delayed due to scheduling issues. However, SureWould handled the situation professionally, and was apologetic for the inconvenience. I received a call from the truck driver not long after the first call, and he supplied an ETA, and was on time. The truck driver dumped the soil EXACTLY where I asked him to even though he had to perform some U-turn magic with his full sized dump truck to get the soil to land in the right spots. The driver apologized again for the scheduling snafu and thanked me for the business. Overall I am very pleased with the service. I am also pleased with the quality of soil: Just enough woody material, nice and dark soil that is slightly clumpy and lacking in any un-composted materials. I will call Sure Would again next time I need top soil.
