the quality of the workmanship so far appears to be excellent.  We toured the shop and were impressed with the work that was being done and the organization of the operation.  my only complaint was with the amount of time it took to get the work done.  Part of he problem may have been that special tools were needed because of the modification of my van.  In addition I was impressed with the responsiveness to my phone calls and requests for information about the progress on my car.  I was given accurate information, was not lied to nor promised anything that did not happen.

Our car was rear-ended a year and one-half ago. These people did a really good job of repairing the rear end damage. This winter we discovered a water leak in the trunk. The insurance company told us that we should take it bac to Special Interest Autobody as the work was covered under warrenty. They got right on it and fixed it. During the repair the key in the ignition would not turn. They got a locksmith to fix it at no charge to us. So far it looks like the trunk leak has been repaired.

The experience was average. I had to call them after I had not heard from them in three days. It turns out the person I was dealing with was out of town. When I showed up to retrieve the vehicle and pay, they could not find my paperwork, because the person I was dealing with entered my name in first name last. Otherwise, everything was done to my satisfaction.
