Sno-King Stump Grinding

We discovered tree roots while our contractor was preparing to lay a concrete porch. Sno-King Stump grinding came out within 24 hours to remove the roots. We were very pleased with the responsiveness and the quality of the work.

Without a doubt, Robert will be my only future call when I need any kind of stump grinding. I called on a Friday, spoke with Robert and described what I would like to have done, and he advised me that he could come out on Sunday mid-morning. He came out, on time, and quickly gave a summary of what he could accomplish, his plan of accomplishing, along with his estimate. After I agreed, Robert quickly got to work by protecting the house and windows from any possible flying debris, unloaded the seriously impressive stump grinding machine from its trailer and started grinding away. I was amazed, frankly, how thorough he was with his results. Afterwards, he advised me how far below ground level he went (so we were able to plant a realistic-sized tree in the future), and even ground up additional stumps nearby. All in all, he accomplished exactly what I was hoping for, left the area tidy with all the wood chips in a close pile, then cleared off the porch, grass, and other areas of any remaining debris. I've always been fond of self-employed, business owners taking pride in their work. It's clear that Robert is one of those individuals, as the quality of his work is superior and his turnaround time was fantastic.

We had the owner and his helper and the stump grinding machine.  They
were efficient about protecting windows and house.  They also cleaned up
better than other companies I've had do this work.  They did not haul
the branches but were able to cut them down to a smaller size.

They were punctual, quick, and most importantly did a fantastic job for a very, very fair price (they even threw in the removal of another small stump that I wanted removed but hadn't asked them about initially). They left the area clean and were very respectful of the other landscaping in the area.
Robert himself is great about communicating before and after the job and is the kind of business owner that has become all too rare these days. I will absolutely hire him again.

Sno-King Stump Grinding came out and removed 2 stumps from our back yard. They did an amazing job and managed to work around some small shrubs and a fence without causing any damage to either. The trees were around 20 years old but the crew managed to remove the stumps in a short amount of time.
