Overall, it went well. They asked questions before they arrived so they could anticipate the problem beforehand, which I appreciated. They had to come out twice, but didn't charge for the second service call.

First, I had trouble finding anyone in the Seattle area who actually works on Maytag gas ovens. When I found these guys, I called to make an appointment, they came out to look at the oven, called Maytag, decided it needed a new igniter, ordered the part, scheduled another appointment to come out and install the new part. The oven now works fine. The estimate was accurate, and the price seemed reasonable.
