He was fast and efficient. However, within two weeks stains were reappearing because he did not spot treat enough on heavy stains in family room. Carpet/pad needs to be replaced in family room and possibly he thought superficial cleaning was good enough. He was pleasant, professional, and very reasonably priced.

I would recommend them. They are very cost effective, fast, prompt, professional, and knowledgeable.

Called for an estimate. He actually performed all of the work for at least $20 less than his estimate over the phone. He thoroughly cleaned all areas and even spent extra time to get out stains from my big dogs. He was punctual, friendly and did a great job. Highly recommend Dales' company!

The overall experience was excellent. The reason I keep going back to them is their price, easy to get appointments, and they do a really good job on my carpets. They get them very cleaned. I have used them several times.

Dale is easy to get a hold of for scheduling. He is friendly and professional. I am always amazed at what a great job he does. He can get out almost any stain. I have used other carpet cleaners before and have never had such great results. Not only do the carpets look good after he leaves, but they stay clean. If a carpet cleaner doesn't get out all the soap, the carpets will get dirty quickly since future dirt will cling to soap that is left. I highly recommend Dale!

He is very knowledgeable and quick He is punctual and reliable. He is really good at getting stains out. He doesn't drench your carpet.
