I WAS NOT PLEASE WITH SILVER LAKE ESCROW. WE CAME IN WITH THE EXPECTATION OF NOT HAVING TO PAY ANYTHING AND WE FOUND OUT WHEN WE CAME IN TO SIGN OUR PAPER THAT WE HAD TO PAY $1400 IN CLOSING COSTS! THIS WAS NOT COMMUNICATED TO US AT ALL PRIOR TO OUR SIGNING. THEY ALSO DID NOT HAVE THE PAPERS READY WHEN WE SHOWED UP TO MEET THEM. OUR CLOSER, KATHY, JUST MADE EXCUSES. VERY POOR.
