I hired Paulette to organize my wife's bathroom drawers and shelves as a Christmas present for my wife. She loved working with Paulette and is genuinely thrilled with the results. She came prepared with supplies, so it was not a multiple-visit kind of job: it all happened in a single visit, which was wonderful.

I appreciated that she came on very short notice, she did an amazing job on the project, she transformed by basement from being cluttered to be functional and professional. She also supplied very useful tools for the project and was very generous with her time and talents to make things esthetically pleasing. when I saw the end results I was very shocked with how beautiful it looked. It exceeded my expectations. I would recommend her to anyone who needs to transform a space to something that would be functional and esthetically pleasing.

I hired Ship Shape Home Organizing for a whole house organization project. So far, we have had four sessions and I was in disbelief how amazing Paullette (Owner) was with literally transforming my piles of paperwork, electronics, etc into a welcoming organized home again. I would highly recommend Ship Shape to anyone who needs someone to get, not only organized, but functionally organized. Paullette is a self starter, hard worker, and extremely considerate. On top of the fantastic work, I also made a new friend!

"I'm very surprised. This client wanted her exercise / misc. room organized. She took some boxes of clothes, etc. into the living room and was going through them. She didn't tell me what her plans for the contents of those boxes. I moved furniture around, made designated areas for the assorted items in the room. I thought everything was organized, and the room looked great. The next day she called and told me when she put the boxes back in the middle of the floor, she felt the room looked the same. I had no idea she was just going to put the boxes back into the middle of the floor. She didn't mention anything about having me work the contents of those boxes into the room. That would have not been a problem. I would have gladly done that. I always want my clients to be happy. I went down to Tumwater, on my own time, and worked several hours arranging things a little differently and putting away the contents of those boxes that were not in the room the first time. I thought coming down on my own time to make sure she got the results she wanted would have solved her concerns. I don't know what else I could have done. I'm devastated that she affected my over 50 clients 5 Star ratings.The before and afters of a room that has an exercise machine, shelving, and some misc. furniture shows the difference I made in that room. Please read all my other clients remarks. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I'm crushed."

It was a given to choose Paulette (Ship Shape Home Organizing) after seeing the many, many 5 star ratings and reading what past clients had to say about working with her. She did not let me down. My house was a mess. I just started a new job which includes a lot of travel, not to mention organization has never been my strong suit. My husband was very supportive of my decision to hire help. Paulette was amazing. She just started right in. At the consultation she had already given me her suggestions of what organizing supplies I would need to get the results I wanted the first time, without wasting any time. I would highly recommend Paulette to anyone who needs any kind of organizing services. She also keeps in mind the part that esthetics plays in giving you that stress relieving feeling which I feel when I walk into each room.

Paulette was a god send! I hired her to help my mother who is 75 and raised a large family. My father passed a few years back and she became overwhelmed trying to sort thru thing but keep the things that meant so much to her through the years. Paulette arrived on time, full of energy and ready to dig into the dozens of moving boxes tirelessly. Her ability to organize made the unpacking process so much more productive and more smooth it was great to have her here. She offered very helpful and useful suggestions for ways to store things as we unpacked them which will serve me well over time. Were it not for Paulette, I doubt I would have gotten unpacked for months yet to come, it was all so overwhelming. I highly recommend her for any organizing needs someone may have as she is skilled, creative, full of energy and fun to be around.

Paulette is heaven sent! She has helped me with the maintenance of my home as well for the last three moves I've done! I am extremely busy and due to long hours at work, my house is usually very disorganized. Paulette has been my solution. She has completely reorganized my whole home and has made it inviting and now I can easily navigate through everything. She does it all! Paperwork to larger projects as garages and most dreaded relocations. This last move in March 2015, she packed, labeled, and organized all of my stuff and came an unpacked and organized my new place. I used Paulette at the least once every other month to help keep my house in "ship shape" condition. I HIGHLY recommend Paulette for all home organizing needs. Paulette did a great job! I thought we would start off with the easiest rooms, the bathroom being first. I could not believe how much I had stuffed in that little space. We filled up my entire hallway with what was in my bathroom closet. Half of which I ended up throwing away. I love my bathroom now! So easy to find what I need and also easy to put stuff away. More rooms to tackle so I'll be having her back. Thanks Paulette!

Paulette works tirelessly. After a 2000 mile move to a smaller house, she helped us organize and clean out what we did and did not need to keep, and to fit our stuff in the smaller space. Not only is she a good organizer, she is a great decorator also. She worked with us for so long, we became great friends! I plan to use her again soon to help me create a home office!
