EXCELLENT SERVICE. THEY WERE CALLED BY OUR INSURANCE COMPANY, AND WORKED IN OUR BEST INTEREST. THEY EXPLAINED AND WORKED WITH US TO MINIMIZE IMPACT TO A VERY BUSY TIME. IN ADDITION THEY KEPT IN CONTACT WITH ME WHILE I WAS ON A BUSINESS TRIP IN CHINA AS REPAIRS WERE MADE. THE FOLLOWUP WHEN THE JOB WAS COMPLETE TO ENSURE OUR SATISFACTION WAS A PLUS.
