A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE !!! They have been extremely dishonest with us and told us they were licensed and bonded but they are NOT. Not one thing happened on time, they have only delivered the concrete patio so far and it's September 1st nearly , they wrote multiple bad checks to the concrete company and the pump truck so were nearly had leins on placed on our home. They left 10 yard of dirt and grass in our culdesac that we had to physically haul away after promising NUMEROUS times they would remove. They rarely if ever answer their phones and when they do it's only to give excuses as to why nothing has happened since they latest "promise of the week". We literally have to call them 20+ times in a day to get them to call us back. We are looking at having to hire an attorney and our backyard is a wreck. This experience has gone beyond our wildest dreams of how bad a project can possibly go.
Description of Work: We hired Seattle Building Supply owners Aard Jordan (Ed Jordan, Ed Jordon, Aard Jordan, Aard Jordon are just a few of the names he uses) and Jeremiah Norton to building an outdoor entertaining area including the excavation of our yard, a 700 square foot stamped concrete patio with an above ground firepit with a stone seat around the edge and rock veneers around the base, a 900 square foot deck, a 380 square foot awning/covering over the deck, a kitchenette that including two stone countertop cabinets with rock veneer surround, an out door refrigerator and sink area and built in BBQ in the 2nd countertop. We paid them $15,000 upfront in early July and the entire project was due to be complete July 28th in time for a special surprise 40 year old birthday party.
