I use Kenmore. We get good service as Sears. I like Sears. In ever see bad people. They are all nice people. I haven't had any problems. I buy all the Sears things. They have everything, good service.

I've always purchased appliances at sears but never again. I bought a washer and dryer. Home delivery was supposed to be between 3pm and 5pm. After 5pm when they weren't here I called. I was told there were 3 more deliveries in front of me. After 6pm I called again. The CSR put me on hold for 15 minutes then told me she couldn't reach the truck but left a message. Again no one called and no one showed. Nearly 3 hours late the delivery showed. The installers said the machines wouldn't fit even though we were very specific when we told the sales person our measurements. Then the installers told me they couldn't stack them because they didn't have the part. I said I see the part right there. They said it was for another customer. I spoke to the store manager twice. She was nice enough but her only solution was to have me come back in and start the process all over. I already took a wasted day off work there's no way I would repeat this terrible experience. Do Not Buy From Sears!

Yuri was very helpful while we were picking out the dishwasher, he seemed very knowledgeable and nice to deal with. They were very professional from the sales room to installment. They were prompt and very efficient.
