hardwood floor
 + -1 moreThe finishing was extremely dull. I choose a semi-gloss finish but it was too dull. When Sean came out to review the work his team had done, he stated that the floors would get shinier over time. After a major storm and a power outage we had a leaking issue from the refrigerator. I called Sean to see what could be done as the floors had buckled. He seemed very uninterested and told me the floor would go back to normal on its own.
Description of Work: They did a sanding and refinishing.
