Electrical Service
We were without a water heater and they were able to come out within a day. After the inspector came out, we ended up needing a permit. They were responsive and provided this for me the same day that I called.

Awful. Robert Wilbur removed one out of two of the grounding rods to my house built in 1997, left several uncovered junction boxes, charged double the estimate, blew new microwave off the countertop, "assistant" FELL through my newly painted ceiling, agreed to install 4 GFI outlets for extra $200 over estimate and never came back. Never mentioned microwave (never worked again) or missing grounding rod. Not punctual, demanded payment ahead or prior 2 completion. Incorrect breaker switch. Reset every day since he was at my property. Speaker wire buzzes + television cable = snowy picture. DO NOT be taken by this guy, he is NOT a professional and does NOT stand by his work. He actually tried to blame the whole fiasco on "assistants" he had helping him. They were inexperienced and never mentioned during the estimate or contract process, but performed most of the work once the contract was signed.
