This was an exceptional experience. The estimate/scheduling process was all done online, which was very convenient. It would have been ideal to get in a little sooner, but that was the only downside to the entire process. Once at the shop, they got to work immediately and had the car back to us in an hour. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and the new windshield looks great. Would definitely do business here again.

I made an appointment, they were on time, cleaned all the windows and vacuumed, and left me a can of window cleaner for later. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Once proper window was received, all went well. They got order wrong initially. They had ordered a windshield for vehicle instead of the passenger door window...Had to reschedule in order to obtain proper window and

The provider was responsive on the initial phone call and the representative arrived on time and was pleasant to talk with. The repair was made in a short period of time; however, the crack was not entirely filled in and the entry point for the filler was very obvious. The representative did tell me that this repair was not 'cosmetic' and was intended to ensure the crack did not expand. I still thought the repair was not quite as good as I expected. Nevertheless, it was a painless experience and is now done.

The windshield replacement went very well. They first came out to my home to repair the windshield, but the chip had turned into a crack that was too large to repair. A few weeks later I scheduled an appointment for repair at the shop. They replaced the windshield in only 1 hour. The workmanship looks really good and appears to be water tight. The $100 I spent was the deductible from my insurance. The total cost of the replacement was ~$350.

Contacted this local Safelite business after filing a claim with my insurance company for a 'smash and grab' in a local park parking lot. They had to delay a day due to late arrival of the glass, but came to our house and replaced the window in our driveway early the next day. The new window looks great and operates better than the original. The installer (John?) also cleaned/vacuumed all the broken glass in the car and the driveway. He was courteous, polite and professional. All of this helped in my wife's recovery from this disturbing event. This too is a late report. The work was done 10/08, but I lost the receipt and didn't have the information to add the company to Angie's list until now.
