Ken is personable, knowledgeable, timely and prompt. He pursued a wiring problem that an other electrician didn't. Turned out is was a junction box, behind the sheet rock, that had burned wire nuts and wires that could have caused a fire. He took the extra effort to analyze the problem, and track it down, and fix it. I'm grateful for this extra effort.

He was courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely fair. He was also extremely prompt. I called 5 different electricians. 3 didn't bother to answer, and 2 had gone out of business. He told me he could be there at 8:30, and was there at 8:25. He was very respectful of my time!

Ken was prompt to my home. Super Smart, responsible, knowledgeable, listened to me, and had recommendations! Wonderful!! I’m happy!! Thank you Ken!!!

Wow. It seemed like before I actually hit the submit button the phone was ringing! Ken was on the phone and could come right out. He fixed the switch and swapped out a bad security light quickly and accurately Exceptional work and service. Very cordial person. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others!

R-Tech is the electrician you want for your project! Ken was extremely knowledgeable and had fantastic suggestions for my project. I told him my vision of my project and he surpassed any expectation I could have had. His suggestions brought my basement from just a room to a modern technology friendly space that even impressed my tech gaming kid. Ken came when he promised, got the work done within his estimated time frame, and left no trace of his being there. He was easy to talk to, explained what was possible, and was very reasonably priced. I have a 66 year old house and have hired two other e,lectricians to get rid of the knob and tube electrical system. Ken pointed out that I still had one light that was fed by knob and tube. He is going to fix that for me when he comes to do my bath remodel. I have found my forever electrician and I would trust no one else with my most expensive asset. I wish I had found him sooner, I could have saved time, money, and had confidence that what was in my walls that I depend on daily was done correctly.

Service was scheduled quickly. The process went smoothly, and was done at a reasonable cost. Would definitely use Ken again.
