Unfortunately, after a month of dealing with staff and trying to order window shades, they keep telling us certain features not available (which we knew were available based on competitor's quote) and increasing the quoted price. Rodda's quote actually came in lower than competitor's quote, but didn't buy from them because not comfortable dealing with incompetent sales staff who do not know their products
Description of Work: Wanted to buy Hunter Douglas window shades. I had two different window projects worth $10,000. Unfortunately sales staff's lack of product knowledge killed the sales.

 + -1 moreTHEY CAME IN AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS COVERED UP SO NO PAINT WOULD GET ON ANYTHING. THEY WERE ON TIME VERY NICE AND WHEN THEY LEFT YOU COULDN'T TELL THEY HAD BEEN HERE.

 + -1 moreALL THE PAINT MATCHED EXACTLY. IT WAS A GOOD QUALITY PAINT THAT APPLIED EASILY. IT SEEMS DURABLE AND IS VERY EASY TO KEEP CLEAN. BECAUSE I BOUGHT MORE THAN 5 GALLONS THEY OFFERED ME A DISCOUNT, ALWAYS NICE.
Description of Work: MATCHED AND MIXED PAINT FOR ENTIRE INTERIOR PAINTING OF HOUSE. PROVIDED INFORMATION ON BEST TYPE OF PAINT TO USE IN EACH SITUATION.
