While there are many businesses in Everett that take very good care of me and my business, there is only one that I absolutely could not live without! The team at Richman Poorman Computers have patiently and professionally cared for the computing needs of my insurance agency for over 15 years. They "WOW" me regularly with their quick service and fair prices. Nothing prepared me, however, for the amazing help I received when we moved our office in early February. Andrew & Kevin (with great support from Al and Allen back at the shop) visisted several times in the days before the move to make sure that everything was ready to go. They offered to work as late in the evening and on the weekend so that we wouldn't have to close our office and inconvenience our customers. Not only did they work together collaboratively on the "big day" of the move, and stayed late when another service provider experienced a glitch, but they returned on the weekend, and then on the following Monday to "tweak" our system further and make sure that it was providing utmost performance. Not once did they take a break or even allow me to feed them! Richman Poorman has earned (over and over again) my deepest respect and loyalty. I am their customer for life!

AFTER WE PICKED IT UP - ALL PROGRAMS WERE INTACT, NO MORE VIRUSES AND THEY TOLD US HOW TO KEEP IT FROM HAPPENING AGAIN. THE COMPUTER HAS NEVER BEEN QUICKER OR MORE RESPONSIVE.

THEY MADE THE COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY A BIT HARD TO UNDERSTAND FOR THE AVERAGE LAY PERSON, ALTHOUGH THE WORK WAS DONE EFFICIENTLY AND THEY SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE.
