The Rhino Exteriors team was nice to work with. They were very flexible in accommodating my shifting readiness due to other trades misjudging their schedule, though they also had some challenges meeting pre-set dates. It all worked out well and the weather cooperated. When we finally set the date, they were on time, quick, sufficiently clean, and priced right.

They had the wrong mixture or composition of coating that they put on and it tended to degrade with ultraviolet.  It took two and a half years to get it resolved and they finally came out to recoat it with an epoxy.  That seems to be working well.   They took care of the problem.  I thought their price was extremely high compared to other coatings we’ve had. The owner finally stepped up so I'll give him an A. 

I investigated on line all of the businesses and products used to redo and seal decks. We had a huge problem on our upstairs deck. It was cracking, peeling back, and the underlayment had been compromised. I needed a product that would hold up to the heavy storms and weather we get on our house and upstairs deck. It sits on a cliff overlooking the sound facing south. We get all of the storms face on.
I came across a product that I had heard of for truck bed linings. I investigated the new product that they are using now for houses and buildings ,in many ways. They us it on decks, patio's, commercial walls, roofs, etc. After I did my homework I had the rep come out; It turned out to be the vice president of the company, Mike Smith. He personally explained about the product and then told us that they were doing the Seattle Home Show and asked if we would like to be their guests to see the product and how it is used, in person. We went to the home show that weekend. The person that was manning the booth was the president of the company. Sean showed us the product and samples of its uses, pulled up our quote. Looked it over. Explained the process,  how  and why this new product is so superior to anything else used on the market.
We then made an appointment to have the work done.
They started and finished the job in one day along with hoisting up our 900lb railing and reattaching it. 
The work is superior!! The product is as indestructible as their truck lining. It is beautiful as well. In the process of spraying the product on, they sprayed up the exterior walls a foot , where we had taken off the siding, to insure it was totally waterproofed.
Two contractors came to see it and the application and were really impressed. My contractor who has helped me get the deck ready for this company, was over today and thought it was fantastic!!
I am sure that " Envirocoating Innovations" aka "Rhino Linings Northwest" will be extremely busy with this new application .
