It is my pleasure to write this review. Redemption Restoration Services recently completed painting my kitchen cabinets and vanities in two bathrooms. They did an outstanding job! Justin Shrum (the owner) and his crew went out of their way to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted it. Justin noticed a couple of spots that needed touch up, which was done immediately. They cleaned up daily when they finished for the day. No mess for me to worry about! Justin left me a generous amount of paint for future touch ups should I need it. I felt the price was very reasonable. I plan on hiring them again when Iâ m ready for my next stage of remodeling.

This was a horrendous experience from start to finish. Ive been fortunate to work with many good contractors and only a couple bad ones. This business was clearly the worst. They did not deliver on the job I requested, even after showing them exactly how the finished project was to look. When I informed them of this and asked if they would please correct, they were belligerent and very disrespectful and refused to either do anything to correct their mistake or to refund any portion of the money I prepaid them. I would warn anyone who is considering working with this business.

Justin was great to work with from beginning to end. His quote was reasonable for the exterior staining and painting of our three story home. The Redemption NW team did a fantastic job! You can see their expertise and attention to detail in the finished product. Also they cleaned up nicely at the end of the project and every evening that they were working on site. I highly recommend this company!

I was so fortunate to have found NW Redemption thru Sherwin Williams! Justin and his team are the best. He painted my entire house including kitchen cabinets and all my millwork. I am loving the quality of work they did. My millwork is luxurious!! They spend alot of time sanding in between coats which makes the millwork hold up really well. Justin is a real sweetheart and easy to work with and is very fair. You will love him and his quality work!! The best!!

Justin and his team were great to work with. Not only did they paint the facia boards and soffits of a very tall brick house but they pressure washed all the brick and sealed it as well. They also did some wood work repair that I was very appreciative of I would highly recommend them for any job you might have.

I hired Redemption NW Paint Services to paint the entire interior of my 3,000 + sq ft home with high ceilings. They painted all doors, door jams and trim, ceilings, and walls. Justin gave me a fair price to do the work. Javier and his crew are true painting professionals. They moved all my furniture (including a piano) away from the walls and protected them while painting and then mover everything back afterwards. My house looks brand new!

I hired Redemption NW Paint Services to paint the ceiling throughout my condo. Also to paint 5 full paneled doors (Inside and out) and trim, with 2 half paneled pantry doors. My condo is a fixer upper and I have done the majority of the work myself but it was getting to be too much. I wish I had know about this company last year! They are the BEST!!! I had sanded and caulked the doors and they still did touch ups. They repaired the ceiling holes and where the walls had separated from the ceiling from settling. I was contracted for one coat of paint on the doors and they did 2-3 coats as they were not going to stop until it was as close to perfect as they could get. They are absolutely beautiful!! Justin, the owner, is wonderful and professional and the prices he quotes match the perfect quality he delivers. They treated my small condo with the same professionalism, respect, and grace as if they were doing a million dollar home. The guys that came out Nick (one of the two days they were here), Andy and Xavier were awesome!! I cannot rave enough about this company...and if I could give them more than a 5 Star Rating I would!

Redemption NW Paint did a fantastic job on our house. We can't get over how good it looks now. Throughout the job they stayed in constant communication; we never had to wonder what was going on or what was going to happen next. Excellent professionalism from beginning to end. I would recommend them without hesitation.

The Redemption team came in and totally transformed our home! It was a big job and included all the services including the high finish millwork and doors. The communication and quality were on point!

Justinâ s team made the inside of a home look brand new! It is amazing how having professionals do the work shows in the small details from molding, cabinets and finishing touches. They even came back to help remove some paint that had gotten on bathroom floor. Definitely recommend!

Justin was awesome, attention to detail and just a great person. Very easy to talk too, understood what we needed done. I will be hiring him again for some inside painting. My neighors have stopped to tell me that the paint job looks awesome.

Jason is awesome! He was easy to contact, responded quickly, heard our request, gave expert advise and then got the job done timely and with great quality. We will definitely be using him again as we paint the other levels of our new home in the coming months.
